My name is Vic Wallace and I am a Health/Sports Performance Trainer in Spokane Washington. If you are looking for someone to encourage you and help you achieve your personal goals, look no further. I have been working as a sports performance trainer for several years and focus on meeting the particular needs of my clients. Whether you simply want to prepare for an upcoming sport season, get in shape or lose some weight, I can put together a customized training program for you so we can reach your goals together.






Vic has a 28-year span in coaching football, basketball, and track & field.  He graduated from North Central High School as a three sport athlete, continued on to the Community Colleges of Spokane and the University of Idaho as a two sport athlete, followed by his professional career in the Canadian Football League.



Personal Accomplishments:

  • NWACC Champion in the 100M, 200M, 4 x 100 Relay and 4 x 400 Relay
  • SCC 200 M record holder at 20.95 sec
  • 1980 Olympic Trial Qualifier in the 200M
  • 1983-85 played in the Canadian Football League with The Calgary Stampeders, The Toronto Argonauts, and The Saskatchewan Roughriders
  • Worked 3 years as Sports Performance Specialist
  • Named Coach of the year for Great Northern League Track & Field 2008, 2011 and 2014.
